A successful skincare routine starts with the right knowledge. At Skin Society, we offer personalized skincare consultations designed to help you understand your skin and build a routine tailored to your unique needs, lifestyle, and skincare goals.

During your consultation, we'll review your current skincare routine, discuss any skin concerns, and talk about what you hope to achieve. Based on this, you'll receive personalized recommendations on products, ingredients, and routines that are right for you. Whether you're looking to prevent skin concerns, strengthen your skin barrier, or address acne, sensitivity, pigmentation, or signs of aging, we're here to guide you every step of the way.

Our consultations are conducted online and can be booked via Microsoft Teams or email—you choose the option that suits you best. A video consultation through Teams allows our skin therapists to perform a more thorough skin assessment and provide the most accurate recommendations possible. However, we're also happy to conduct your consultation via email if you prefer.

How the Consultation Works

• The consultation lasts approximately 20 minutes.
• If you choose a Teams consultation, you'll receive a meeting link via email before your appointment.
• We'll discuss your skin, current skincare routine, any allergies, and your skincare goals.
• You'll receive personalized recommendations tailored to your skin and lifestyle.
• You'll have plenty of time to ask questions and benefit from our expert tips and professional advice.
• After 3–4 weeks, we'll schedule a complimentary follow-up via Teams, phone, or email.
