Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders within Sweden. No additional charges apply for standard delivery.

Shipping Method
All orders are shipped with PostNord, unless another delivery method is selected at checkout. Delivery is normally made to your mailbox, pickup point, parcel locker, or by home delivery, depending on the size of the shipment and the value of the order.

Delivery Times
Standard delivery time is 1–3 business days, but in some cases it may take longer. For other regions outside Sweden, the delivery time is 2-3 business days. We pack and dispatch orders daily to ensure fast delivery.
Please note that delivery times may be extended during public holidays, long weekends, periods of high order volume, or due to delays caused by PostNord or another carrier, which are beyond our control.

Order Processing
Orders are processed and packed on business days excluding public holidays. Orders placed early in the day are often shipped the same day, while others are shipped on the next business day. Once your order has been packed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email.

Tracking
All parcels are shipped with a tracking number.

 

Unclaimed Parcels
If a parcel is not collected, a fee for return shipping and handling may apply. We will always inform the customer before any such fee is charged.
