How to use:
1. Instructions
Retinol Skin Brightener is a high-potency retinol treatment. If you have not used retinol before, start gradually.
• After cleansing, apply to clean, dry skin twice a week.
• Gradually increase use to every other day.
• Increase use to daily once skin has acclimated.
Expected Reactions:
Warning! This product contains concentrated retinol, which may cause the skin to undergo a natural reaction phase. During this period, the skin may feel dry, flaky, or, in some cases, slightly swollen. Use of the product may increase the skin's sensitivity to the sun and the risk of sunburn. Always use sunscreen, wear protective clothing, and avoid direct sun exposure during and for up to one week after use.
Redness, flaking, dryness, burning sensation, or stinging are normal, expected reactions when starting retinol. With regular use, the skin will acclimate and reveal a more even, smoother, and youthful skin tone. To minimize expected reactions, combine your retinol with a functional hydrator from ZO®.
